IN order:
1. The dress is a tomato red, like a holly berry if you will. I adore #21 in it her eyes look awesome with red. Also kailey and Ivy. I think your Elsie would look lovely in it.
2. Solid
3. I would have worn this when I was 10, The shoes are adorable but slid off easily. So if you have the doll JUST standing its fine, they will stay on.
