When I went to the store, quite a few of them wouldn't stand up as well. But some of them could. Try working and mold the back legs. If nothing works, I'd say call CS. If you plan on going to a store anytime soon, pick one out, and make sure he's just right

BTW, I saw a picture of your Goldendoodle, and just love him!
