Frosty Party Outfit + Charm (2011-2012)

Something about this outfit really caught my eye this holiday season, and I really wanted it. But, unless it went on sale- thank god it did- I wouldn't have bought it. I deemed the original price way to high for an outfit that includes nothing more than the basics.
The coloring is well coordinated, I love how everything literally has that "frosty" feeling. Pictures seem to drown out the color of dolls when they are wearing it, but in real life it does not have that effect. While some have noted that the sweater doesn't have a good cut or fit, I beg to differ that on my PM #12, it fits great! I rather like the simplicity of it, makes for good matching with jeans, a common outfit I'd love my doll to wear more. I really appreciate that the skirt is stretchy. That is a big plus as there's no velcro to snag or bunch up the back. The shoes are cute and simple/modern, but I've noticed that one of the shoes that I have is shorter than the other. It's not that noticable, but then the toes of one foot are more pronounced when the shoe is on. The headband is adorable, and as it's in a neutral color, can match with so many things. And the ridiculously long tag? Well the scissors took care of that right out of the box.
