Felicity Doll - Mattel (Version II)

I bought Mattel Felicity in June of 2010. I wanted her since I was little, and my mom finally let me get her. She was my first doll purchase since 2000.
My first thought was: what happened to her rose garden dress? My second thought was: what happened to her eyes? My third thought: I thought her hair was red?
After I got over Mattel shock, I started to like the new version of Felicity (although I prefer the older version.) The only thing I still don't like is the quality of her dress. It's like a windbreaker material. I'm pretty sure they didn't have that material in 1774. =) I was hoping it would be cotton.
I give Mattel Felicity a B.
