I love my Kaya (now Tallulah)! She has the sweetest face. 
I found her (minus her meet dress) for $45 at a flea market last July, and I instantly fell in love with her. Her limbs are very loose, so much so that I'm afraid to even hold her for fear that they'll fall off...I'm still trying to gather enough courage to try re-stringing her. So until I get over my fear of re-stringing (or I chicken out and have someone else do it for me), she's perfectly content standing on her dolly stand and looking pretty. 
I did bring her down for a few minutes to take some pictures, so here she is:
