Marie-Grace Doll

I was lucky to find a great deal on Marie-Grace on my local Craigslist. When she arrived, I compared her to my DD's Marie-Grace. I noticed that their are some differences between my MG and my DD's MG. DD bought her MG when she was first released. I was really surprised at the differences since she has only been out for 6 months. To top it off, the dolls were bought at the same store.
Look at the difference in the face molds. My doll is in her meet dress. Her face has a rosier complexion and is a tad bit narrower. I also noticed that my MG's eyelashes aren't as dark or thick. But you really don't notice it unless you photograph the dolls.
I also noticed that the hair color is different too. My MG's hair is a deeper, richer color with hint of red/maroon in her hair. It is similar to the tint in Ruthie's hair. I really like it. It has more depth and character.
Each doll has her own charm and appeal. I personally love MG and am glad that I have one that I can call my own. The upside is that I can mess with my doll's hair.
