I bought this for my 8 year old daughter. The muff is hard for her to put on. If the doll is positioned just right, it does fit over both of Rebecca's hands however you must not move her too much once it is on. 
As others have said, the coat is a bit tight. It also shed. If the doll wears it over the lace dress, there will be little black threads left behind.
It is lovely however!
