I purchased this today for my daughters new bitty twin. It's really sweet! The fabric is stretchy so it looks easy for little hands to get on and off. It's silky soft and I love that it looks like something a real baby would wear. Probably too babyish for the bitty twin but still sweet! Personally I give it an A. The ears don't always stay up when the hood is on but for $16 that doesn't bother me.
