Ok, so I have found no evidence of this on the site or Curt Danhauser's. I'm thinking it might be referenced in some catalog, but I'm not sure and I'm not sure of the real name. Got this at the AG Place Chicago in the early 2000's.
Included are Doll Cleansing Powder (Baking Soda), a washcloth, and a towel.
The towels are good quality and can be thrown in the washing machine with regular towels if needed. The cleansing powder is just baking soda, nothing more; it's just in the little container with AG on it.
Overall the whole set is good and effective. I wet the washcloth and sprinkle powder on it, then wipe the doll's vinyl. I have half of the large towel damp to wipe away the baking soda when I'm done scrubbing, and then with the dry half of the towel, dry the vinyl.

It was just called Doll Skin Care Kit. The first one was released with the hair care set in the 1980s. There are pictures in the Catalog Scans albums. I have found that the towels get dirty but not clean very easily. The cleanser is just baking powder and expires after a time. It's best to use fresh baking powder. This set as shown here is rather pointless. The towels are heavy and nicely made but aren't anything special. There are two sizes: a towel and washcloth (doll size). Grade: C
I originally got the set that came with the foam rollers and hair brush which makes it a bit more worthwhile.
