The second version of Mini Felicity wears the Traveling Gown, her meet outfit from 2005 until her first archival in 2011.
She is so cute. I love the feel of her dress. The shoes fall off pretty easily but over all, I'd give her an A!
Sorry for no pictures, I don't have a camera here

Felicity Mini Doll Item# GCAER2 $22 "This 6 1/2 inch mini-doll brings Felicity’s world to life on a smaller scale. She arrives dressed in an outfit reminiscent of the colonial era. Plus, she comes with Meet Felicity, a miniature version of the book that tells Felicity’s story of growing up in 1774 Williamsburg." Mattel mini-Felicity in the new meet dress (traveling gown) is absolutely adorable. Her hair has tiny pin curls around her face and is soft and easily brush-able. It is tied back with a white ribbon. She comes wearing a tiny shift, socks and shoes as well as her gown. Her shoes are a bit loose and easy to loose. However, the flower designs on her dress DO appear on the back of her dress, unlike the 18" meet dress. They are not sewn-on appliques though, and just printed on the material. Sweet mini-Felicity gets an A+

I have this mini doll (along with a few others) and I absolutely *adore* her. I love that the mini dolls are REAL miniature versions of AG dolls; I expected them to be all vinyl but, no, they have cloth bodies, neck strings, the whole shebang. Mini Felicity comes with a shift, an adorable little gown (which I think works much better with the mini doll than it does as an actual doll dress; it's essentially the same material with scaled down printing). The shoes on my mini don't come off very easily, which is a plus, and overall I just LOVE her. Here's a picture of my number 8 with the mini-doll in matching gowns: A+!

I love Mini Felicity! Her dress is so pretty, her shoes are nice and she has cute, long, soft red hair, that's easy and fun to style. Her bight green eyes look just like big Felicity's. Of my 3 minis she gets played with the most. She's really an A+ mini doll!

My Felicity's dress was a little oddly made so it makes her look fat. But anyway...I bought her in late 2005/early 2006 (can't remember).
The Doll: Her hair is very soft; it looks more brown than red though. A white ribbon ties around the ponytail and she has a few little curls. The wispies around her face are really stiff, like they've been saturated in hair gel. Oh, and one of her legs is shorter than the other.
The Dress: I wasn't a big fan of this new meet dress, and I like the mini version even less. The fabric is my main complaint. It seems really slick and cheap, not like taffeta at all. The flowers are printed on. It's trimmed with tiny tucks around the sleeves (which really should be longer), the bodice front, and the hem. The sleeves and neck are edged in TINY lace.
The Shoes: the shoes are ADORABLE! Black pleather, to be sure, but they have what seems like real metal buckles, extremely tiny, and fit my Felicity very well.
The Stockings: nice quality, off-white knee socks.
The Shift: thin cotton, velcroes up the back. A pleasant surprise to find it on the mini doll.
The Book: nice quality, I must say the new AG book covers look great. Hardbound like the rest of the books; comes with a book jacket.
All in all, I was pretty satisfied with Felicity; I just wish her hair was a little more red and less brown.

Adding a picture. Rose Garden is my favorite - but this one is ok.
