"Her Truly Me™ doll can sparkle with style in this outfit:
A long–sleeved tee printed with colorful stars and accented with sequins and glitterA crinkle–fabric gray skirt that has a comfy knit waistband with a bit of glitter, too! Her favorite pair of purple slouchy ankle boots, with studs just for kicks"
I got this outfit with the generous WS code--wasn't really crazy about it. But it along with the new Love to Layer accessories, the old meet outfit and some store specials (skirts and tees) on sale, one can put together a "rocking" outfit for the dolls.
The skirt is a light gray skirt with lavender waist rope trim. Sounds familiar, like the old meet skirt, but this has a crepe like double layer with those crinkles on it and the little tie at the waist, which is really untied is subtle, not like the mass of pink rope-age that the gray meet skirt had. I like it, can be worn with ever so much, dressier and with more pizzaz than the old meet skirt that I rather liked as a basic wardrobe piece.
The tee is long sleeved with a turquoise print, some clear sequins and a bit of pin sparkle stars. The lilac is really more orchid in shade. Cute enough and again versatile. Will work with the upcoming (at this time) Sparkle Sweater set skirt
I'm not into purple shoes and I don't much see those purple fabric like slouch boots, but if they are the style, here they are. At least not another pair of ballet flats, and I have enough of those in every color to switch these out.
For mix and match, these are great. $28, a bit high, but at 10% off if you can get or with free shipping, worth adding as a wardrobe piece for most any modern doll or in the common wardrobe trunk for all to share.
I give this set an A.
