The blue and yellow brocade dress and outfit was Felicity's Meet Outfit when she emerged from the archives under the BeForever branding in February 2017. The outfit was retired when she went back into the archives in December 2019.Released on 2/16/2017 Felicity loves to stroll through Williamsburg, visit her father’s shop, and explore in this authentic 1770s outfit. It features: -A traditional floral brocade blue-and-yellow dress with a scoop neck, short sleeves with ribbon detail, and bustling in the back -White knee-high stockings -Sturdy brown shoes with golden decorative buckles
__________________________________ I like the dress overall but the length is a tad short, it really needs to be about a 0.5-1" longer. Without a bum roll the skirt drapes strangely in the back IMO but I use multiple tutus underneath to poof it out as I don't have that set. The vibrant brocade fabric is an interesting color as it can appear anywhere in the blue-green spectrum depending on the light source. I purchased mine on the grey market late last year and noticed that it is missing a layer of white lining behind the yellow skirt panel seen in the final product. I don't really mind but that's a bonus for those who waited for the official release.

I saw her today in person at the NY store, and took a couple of photos from the side and back. I agree that it drapes oddly without the undergarments.

Felicity's new meet outfit is so beautiful. I love the deep blue color and the design of the fabric. It's woven fabric too, like Caroline's purple holiday dress. The only problem is, it easily snags on that blasted velcro and just about anything else that catches it. But once you clip the little snags threads, it blends right in and you cannot see the pull. The pleated trim on the sleeves and neckline are lovely, and I like the yellow underskirt. It's a little snug over the undergarments, but it still closed in the back. I was able to tuck the ends of her fichu in with no problems. Tug the skirt down a bit, and it doesn't look like the dreadful picture from the AG site at all. I don't think they adjusted Felicity's skirt when they took that photo. I love the color and pattern of the fabric, the trim and the style of the dress, but the snagging frustrates me, so I give the outfit a B+.
