I bought Felicity nude from a board member... mostly because I wanted those new green eyes
I don't have any older Felicitys so I can't speak to the differences, but this BF gal is quite lovely despite the now well-known quality issues.
- Her decal eyes are a very nice shade of emerald green, although there seems to be a thicker-than-normal black ring around the outside. To be fair, Caroline has that dark ring too, but Felicity's just seems more visible for some reason. - Felicity's hair is auburn. I rather like the color. I didn't take down her hair, but it appears to be of average thickness. The pincurls, three on each side, are not even on this particular doll; one side is higher than the other. They're very dainty, but again I don't know how that compares to earlier Felicitys. - Sadly, this doll has the newer fabric and a ziptie. The fabric feels a little more rough and synthetic in a way, and the darts on her butt are definitely more pointy. I'm not sure how it'll hold up to play.
Here are some pictures of her in Caroline's meet dress, and a couple of comparisons with Maryellen who is my only other red-haired doll.
Felicity's lip color seems darker than Ellie's, but not to the point of bothering me. For reference, Ellie is a September 2016 doll with neckstrings.
Hair, with Ellie (Felicity is further away from the camera; she's not actually tiny, haha).
I ordered Felicity the first day she was available, and am overall happy with her. There are a few things I don't care for, but they don't really detract from the doll for me.
She has a lovely face with a sweet expression. The lighting here at home is terrible today, it's giving me a yellow overcast to all my photos. So it's difficult for me to capture her pretty emerald eyes and auburn hair. I like the feathered eyebrows.
Her bottom is a bit pointy at the darts, but I was able to easily squish it to a more normal shape.
The new body fabric doesn't seem bad. Not great, I prefer the older fabric, but I'm Ok with it. She has the enclosed zip tie, but the lock end of it is not straining the fabric at this point. It does seem like they pulled the zip tie too tight, because Felicity has some odd gathers at the neckline. But I should be able to fix that once I switch to a neck string.
Her lip paint is slightly darker than my other dolls, but I like it. She's a beautiful doll and I look forward to having fun making more outfits for her.

My Girls- Felicity (2), Ruthie, Marie-Grace, Caroline, Rebecca, Kit, and finally, Elizabeth!
I love this doll so much. Her hair and face coloring is really pretty. Lips are much darker than the previous Felicity. Her eyes are a emerald color rather than a snappy/laser green.
I think her hair color has more dimension than the previous Lissie. I noticed it has more highlights compared to the previous Mattel version. I think my only complaint is the strange stitching around the neck. Other than that, she's perfect!

I recieved my Lissie on August 31st, 2019. She was my second doll.
She is so lovely! I love her emerald green eyes, and her stunning red hair. I removed the pincurls from mine, as she spends most of her time modern, but she still looks nice in her meet outfit.
ETA: I later reattached the pincurls, and now prefer them on her.
Speaking of her meet outfit, it is so pretty! However, it looks really weird without a bumroll. And the lovely pattern snags horrifically on anything and everything, so the back looks quite ugly. I think that it was scaled to fit the new fabric bodies. It fit great and with extra room with Felicity's old torso, but is extremely tight on her new one with the good fabric. One of her stockings snagged on velcro, and unraveled. She now wears a pair of Doll Hospital socks.
Doll: B Reason: She initially had the inferior body, and squeaked before AG replaced her torso.
Eyes: A+ Reason: They are a gorgeous color! I may be biased though, because I love green-eyed dolls. For those who care, she has the "good" eye style. I don't think Lissie was ever made with the new eyes? I don't mind new eyes, but the fabric I can't stand...
Wig: C+ Reason: Her wig is crooked, and shows the wefts in front. The pincurls also limited styling.
Outfit: B- Reason: The dress snags, and fits too tightly on the good fabric. The stockings also unravel if snagged.
Packaging: A- Reason: I like the look of the BeForever box, but I don't understand why the book was shoved into a cutout behind the doll. Felicity did not have a hairnet, and her hair was snarly when opened. This was easily fixed though.
My Lissie was a bit of a fluke, with a bad wig and body, but her face is absolutely perfect so I couldn't stand sending her back.
