Overall, rather disappointing. My biggest complaint are the visible seams that run down the middle of the tray and the dish cover. On the dish cover, which is noticeably thin plastic, it ruins the metal effect. On the tray it ruins the otherwise elegant Hotel emblem. The plastic used for the tray is not bad though, it reminds me of Maryellen's TV dinner stands. The flower is cloth, but the centre is made from a yellow pom-pom, which looks weird. The vase and napkin ring are a sturdy plastic. I wish though, that they hadn't used pink. A clear vase would be prettier. On a more positive note, it does include a cloth napkin and table cloth. The food pieces are well done, the menu is detailed and the tiny salt and pepper shakers do have "real" salt and pepper in them. The knife and fork are metal, but seeing as how this is supposed to be a fancy hotel, I would've made the fork more detailed. This one looks like something bought by the thousands for an institutional cafeteria. Oops, I lost the positive. Overall, B. It costs a lot for the quality, but at the same time, the hotel won't be complete without it. Wait for a sale maybe?
