This set was released in September 2020 and retired in February 2023.
Courtney loves stuffed animals, and Care Bears™ are her favorite. Her blue fleece night shirt with a 1980s Care Bears™ graphic on the front has lighter blue raglan contrast sleeves. Also includes a pair of light blue fuzzy socks and a matching hair tie.
There are also pictures of this fine set in the Sleeping Bag review, but I saw this didn't have a separate review yet.
*edit* I am adding larger pictures

Okay, so the first impression I got upon opening this outfit [which also comes in a traditional red AG box, like the sleeping bag -licensing perk maybe?], was that unmistakable feeling of children's fleece pajamas - they are itchy if you stop to think about it, but they are warm and cozy.
Scrunchie: same material as PJs, seems it will slide easily into doll hair and stay there! except it has a product tag on it! so make sure the end is tucked in
PJs: form-fitting ; I have Nicki wearing this, but I am sure that my older dolls will feel a bit more snug
socks: these are like the fuzzy socks you buy at the dollar store. for all you can tell, AG might have even contracted the same fabric source. they are doll socks, what more do you want?
I actually have a few Care Bears things that I have handmade for my dolls, which I like better than this. However... I am excited for the accuracy and effort that AG made to partner with another brand. I never thought they would, but I am super thrilled they did.
Grade: B+
It's a simple, classic doll necessity - it is cute, it is historically accurate, it's affordable (given the licensing costs)
All dolls should have one, but the secondary market is full of awesome options after 30+ years of Care Bears.
