Another fun floral addition to the spring mix and match American Girl x LoveShackFancy collaboration. Here’s the AG description along with some additional thoughts and photos … “This ruffle-sleeve dress is bursting with blooms that will brighten the mood at any spring celebration! Designed in collaboration with LoveShackFancy to match the girl-sized version, this sweet style features LoveShackFancy’s signature Aegean Coast print, an above-the-knee ruffle hem, lace trim at the sleeves, and a pretty bow on the back.” SKU#: HGY94 $24 This is a sweet, somewhat simple dress (at least, simple compared to the more elaborate Garden Party Dress in the same collection). The Aegean Coast print is used throughout the dress, along with pink lace trim on the sleeves, at the bottom, and in the bodice. The dress is unlined but well made. It has a Velcro strip up the back, and a cute bow is permanently attached at the back waistline. Like the other mix and match pieces in the collection, it comes with the hanger that’s printed with LoveShackFancy and embossed with American Girl, and the packaging has outfit suggestions on the back. The dress also has the LSF AG tag, although I didn’t take a picture of it. Overall, I think it’s a cute day dress that works well in the collection, and I can also easily see it working in different decades for some of the historical girls. I’d give it an A-, just because it’s a bit expensive for being unlined and not having any included accessories, but I’m still glad to have this in the collection. One more pic, this time with the sweater:

While I had no intention of buying any of the LSF, I couldn't pass this one up when it was on the last chance page and I had rewards to get it free. I ordered it and the next morning it was gone. It's a super sweet dress and I love the butterfly sleeves and the crochet lace trim as well as the darling bow in the back. I'm using it in my 1930's and 1980's time frames. Now I'm very happy to have it. Screenshot 2023-06-06 185052 by Laura *, on Flickr Screenshot 2023-06-06 185026 by Laura *, on Flickr
