Just Like You #73 was released in 2017. In 2022, she was rereleased as #114, even though no changes were made to the doll. As of 2024, both #73 and #114 are available on the AG website. However, I imagine once they run out of #73, she won't be restocked.
I got my doll secondhand, but I can tell it is #73 and not #114 because of the older "bad eyes" she came with. I have since done an eye swap, the picture on the left is how I received her, and on the right is how she looks now. The skin color change is due to lighting, in person the color is more like the pic on the left. I'm very happy AG released these dolls to the general public, it's a great move for inclusivity and representation. I would have preferred if the dolls without hair came with feathered eyebrows, but that is more of a nitpick. But unfortunately, my doll was had the lower quality eyes and body fabric. Her eyes actually weren't bad in person, but they all seem to photograph very poorly. Because of this, I would recommend getting #114 over #73. The reason being is that #73 was made during the time period of the lower quality eyes and body fabric, so based on the lingering stock, you may be getting a doll with lower quality. But again, I bought mine secondhand, so I do not know exactly what their current stock is.
That being said, she truly is a gorgeous doll. If you can get her with the better quality eyes and body fabric (or if that doesn't bother you), I would fully recommend her. I think her being rereleased is a good sign that AG intends to continue with the dolls without hair, and I really hope they do!
