Per AG's website
"Sport a classic look that’s sure to earn an A+ on the first day of school.
Includes:
-A lightweight red cardigan with golden buttons
-A navy-blue tank top with a multi-star graphic
-A white cotton-twill tennis skirt with red and blue stripes at the hem
-A glittery golden star hair clip, a pair of blue ankle socks, and a pair of low-top white sneakers with red accents at the sides"
It's a very preppy look with a ton of mix and match potential. $45 is steep but if you plan to mix and match I think it works out ok. The tank top is cropped shorter than most AG t-shirts so while it works with the skirt, there is a gap when wearing a lot of more low-waisted shorts. The skirt also is off-white rather than bright white (compared to the t-shirt from the jogger set). I'm going to try washing it and sitting in the sun to hopefully lighten it since I'm not sure if it was intentional. The shoes are cute but are tight with the blue socks so I left them off. They are also pretty basic (no tieable laces, sewn contrast, or fuzzy lining) compared to the similar sneakers from Julie's basketball uniform. I like the lower ankle height of these shoes compared to the high tops in the jogger set, but they are similar construction-wise. The gold hair clip is all plastic and a bit tough to sit right in short hair but it's ok.

One big reason I bought it was hoping to use the cardigan with Kit, as she wore a similar red cardigan in one of her illustrations. It ended up a little tight over the sleeves of her birthday dress, but still works I think. I'm planning on swapping the buttons over to be solid red so it looks more traditional. The white t-shirt from the jogger set and red cardigan originally had red tags in lieu of the plastic oval but I took them off with a seam ripper since they stood out in a way I didn't intend.
