This seems to be the latest of the AGBBA shirts, the last one being the purple shirt reviewed here as well. Is the butterfly the AGBB motif, whereas the star is the AGP motif, or something? Anyway, on to the review.
Unlike the purple shirt, this one has cap sleeves. I prefer the regular t-shirt sleeves, especially since this one seems a little thin and it looks like the sleeves may fray, but it's quite cute in design anyway. The whole shirt has a lightweight, almost spandex feel, which was odd compared to the other AGBBA shirt I have, but it feels nice.
The design is very sparkly, to the part where I feared it would shed sparkles on me, but I am pleased to report I am sparkle-free after dressing Claire in it (shoot, I was hoping to convince some girls I was a Twilight vampire. Back to body glitter...). I like the Atlanta logo up in the butterfly's antennae, and the heart it forms, although is anyone else a little disturbed by the butterfly having antennae bigger than it is?
Either way, it's a cute design. Doesn't feel like the most durable of shirts any of the stores has ever offered, but if you're in Atlanta and are mesmerized by the sparkles, feel free to pick one up, although I still like the purple one better and if they still have that, you may want to go that way for souvenirs, too. This shirt is also available at the B&B in Dallas, except that it says 'Dallas' on it instead (obviously).

I love the color of this shirt. I bought when I went to the one in dallas and I use it all the time! It is a great mix and match piece and it fits comfortably on my dolls.

This is one of my favorite AG tops, and I'd give it an A. My dolls' shirts came from the BB at Mall of America and say Mall of America in the heart.
It fits comfortably loose - looks nice even if layered over another shirt - and the fabric feels like the higher quality t-shirts I've bought as opposed to the less expensive cotton ones from Wal-mart. I'm undecided about whether I prefer regular sleeves or cap sleeves, but do think the sleeves look nice on the doll and help the shirt be stylish and casual.

I purchased my tee at AG Natick. I had originally wanted one back when I first went to the store in April 2009, but I did not find any. However, when I went again in September 2009, they had plenty. I'm really happy with the tee; it is by far my favourite doll tee. It's a great basic and I think $8 is a good price for this item. The hot pink may not be for everyone, but it is my favourite colour. I love how cheery the colour is and it really brightens up any outfit. I think it looks great on Lyra. The fabric has a nice feel to it. It's a lightweight knit that is very soft. The design is so cute! It is very glittery, but I enjoy it. I think the design is one that I could see on real girls' clothing. Like I said, really cute and the design works really well. The city name is placed nicely - even though the store is in Natick, MA, not Boston, but I think we can forgive them. And of course, the obligatory American Girl. Mine, however, doesn't have Boutique & Bistro underneath as it seems the other reviewer's tees do. This must just be how the Boston ones are? A+Overall, a really cute tee and a great souvenir! It will work with a variety of mix-and-match options, plus it looks and feels high-quality in my opinion.

This one is still available in Natick. I almost bought it for the butterfly & sparkles despite the PINK, but... It screams "Barbie" to me because of the "Boston" which is such small text but approximately the same shape as Barbie with only the B being really distinct, besides the PINK and sparkles being consistent with a Barbie theme. Maybe I'm just weird like that.
