Heart Dress + Book/Charm (2009-2011)

My daughter got her first AG doll from Santa this year. Her name is Ally and she is the #13 doll. We just got back from buying Ally new clothes from the Dallas AG store. The first outfit we picked was the new Heart Dress. The outfit was meant to be because the book that comes with it is named "Ally Ackerman, In the Pink"!

I hope the pics pop up...it's my first time trying to post pics.

Just to clarify...there are light pink hearts all over the dress (top to bottom) on a tulle-like overlay on the dress. They are very soft in color and there's not enough color variation to truly see it in the photos. The trim and sash are white. Hope this helps!

This dress is really cute! Its kinda a hot pink, but it looks good on most dolls of different colorings. I love the necklace, it has lots of mix and match potential. The shoes are cute too, but a lot like the JLY meet shoes, only with bows. The dress is nice, and has a heart pattern on it.

Grade: A

This dress is beautiful! I give it an A. It looks especially nice on Chrissa, not so much on Mia. It's dressy, but not as delicate as many AG party dresses -- it is easy for my 5-year-old to get on and off and looks like it will withstand lots of play. The shoes are cute, too!

I got this dress and it is really pretty! It is most definitely pink, a little too pink for my tastes, but I can see little girls loving the dress for it's color. The gown itself is made of a light tulle (?) material and has light pink hearts on it. It seems like the fabric might snag or get ripped easily. There is a white ribbon bow(not functional) and white on the bottom. The little shoes have white bows. There is a heart necklace that has a rhinestone on it. I would give this dress an A.

This dress is absolutely stunning. I love the white crinoline underneath and the fabric used. The fabric is very delicate, so I recommend being careful when taking this dress off or putting it on so that the material doesn't snag on the Velcro.
I have an obsession with doll shoes, and these shoes definitely added to the obsession. They are pink flats trimmed with white ribbons...and they are just too cute.
The necklace is cute; my only complaint is that I would have much rather preferred it to tighter and not so loose-fitting.



I give this outfit and overall A+

I just recieved this outfit in the mail today and I was surprised to find it in the old JLY box and it had the book and charm. I guess they had it left over from the switch.

I really like this dress, it is very girly and cute. it has two layers, the bottom layer is light pink with white trim at the bottom, the top layer is neon pink with light hearts. I think the dress is made really well but it might be easy to rip the top layer. A

The shoes are to die for! They are really cute and have a little white bow to accent the pink. The shoes are made well but I could see the bow accidently falling off. A

The necklace is cute and has a pink ribbon with a pink heart hanging off of it. The pink heart has a small white rhinestone embedded in it. The only think I wish was diffrent was the necklace wouldn't get caught in the doll's neck. A

Not much to add here. This dress is absolutely lovely! Yes, it's decidedly pink, but it's perfect for Valentine's Day or if you have a pink lover (like my Allie).

Here it is on Charisma (fka Kanani). I love how this looks on medium skinned girls!
