Celebrate Easter with treats for your doll! Her bow-tied basket holds two pretend marshmallow chicks, nine pretend candies, and a tiny bunny! Open the two plastic eggs to find a pretty bracelet, a beaded choker, and two barrettes. The basket has a metal frame, but the majority of it is just woven ribbon. The bunny is heavy and is covered in the same fuzz as Josefina's goat. The "peeps" are very cute and are covered in glitter. My set was used and didn't come with the candy, bracelet/necklace or barrettes. Overall this set is very cute and is well worth the retail price. It comes with many pieces and will provided lots of enjoyment. A+

Easter Basket GEAF $14
Celebrate the day with treats for your doll! Her bow-tied basket holds two pretend marshmallow chicks, nine pretend candies, and a tiny bunny! Open the two plastic eggs to find a pretty bracelet and a beaded choker.I also do NOT have the bracelet, choker nor barrettes. But I do have the little candies! They are the cutest little pieces! First off, the basket: It is a ribbon woven basket around a wire frame. That makes it very sturdy and very pretty! The diameter of the basket at the top is 3 3/4". The height of the basket is 2 1/4" and including the handle it's 4 1/2" tall all together! The two eggs that can open to reveal the necklace, etc, are harder plastic than your standard fill-able Easter egg you can get at any store today, but they are the same size as the small eggs available nowadays. They do say "made in China for American Girl" on the bottom. The super adorable peeps (the reason I bought this set) are 1" long. They are hard, not fluffy, but they are covered in sparkly flocking. The solid, hard, flocked rabbit is just like Baxter the Bunny from 1996. He's 2" long and 1 3/4" tall. The candy (which REALLY reflected the camera's flash!) are hard, translucent balls wrapped (permanently) in cellophane to resemble real wrapped candies. There are three green, three blue and three lavender. Overall a fun set with many pieces. Grade A

The reason no one has the bracelet or necklace from this set is because they were very poorly made. I bought mine from AG and about five years ago the bracelet broke. I still have the remains in a baggie. The other day while purging I found out the necklace suffered the same fate. The elastic that was used was not very well made, causing the jewelry to break. The paint on the clips is prone to chipping. I have those somewhere, I don't know where at the moment.

I was fortunate enough to find an Easter Basket on Ebay with the hard to find accessories. It is a very nice set. Far as I can tell these are the original pieces. Full set: The bunny is the same as the one in the Baxter the bunny set. The wrapped candy is so cute. I love the way it shimmers. The peeps are cute too! The bobby pin barrettes are really nice and versatile. The necklace is still new in the plastic. I think it is very cute.
