I can't post pics, but I can tell you that I bought them for the Bitty dolls and ended up giving them to the 18" dolls.
The tunic top is an especially bad fit on a Bitty doll. It pulls strangely in the bodice and also shows off the crinkly neck and strings. It runs a bit tight all the way down and thus the long length of the tunic bunches when they sit. I was so looking forward to these, but hated the fit of the tunic one so much that I was going to just send both sets back.
Then I thought to try them on the 18" dolls and I loved them again. The fit is much better (as long as you don't mind that the pants are capri length.) I think they look really cute, particularly on dolls with dark hair. The "boy" version is also adorable and not at all boyish looking. The only thing I wasn't too fond of for the 18" dolls were the socks. They are super soft and well made, but I thought they looked a bit babyish so I left them with my Bitty dolls.
Final thoughts: I only like the Tunic version on the 18" dolls, but the "boy" version would be fine for both the 18" dolls and the Bitty dolls (boys or girls). I like the fit better than the tunic one for sure, although I actually prefer both outfits on the 18" dolls.
If I were to choose a set for a Bitty doll though, I would definitely choose the tee one that the boy bitty models. It really doesn't look boyish to me. I don't think you would be disappointed; the fabric is really nice and I love the sweet socks!

I just got the Boy's version today (and I only ordered them Monday night with normal delivery!). I wanted them the moment they came out because my 2 year old son wears these type of pj's himself. I love them and they are just what I expected! The fabric is nice, and the socks are wonderfully thick! I would recommend these for the bitties for sure. I haven't gotten far enough to try them on a 18" doll or take pictures because of my long to do lists before the holiday. But without a doubt I am glad I made the spurge. My only wish is that they had made a matching boys set for children. Oh well....

Here's Evie in the top, at least. The sleeves don't quite hit her wrists and it's pretty roomy but otherwise I love it!

This is one of the Bitty outfits that I like better on the 18” dolls. The bottoms are obviously a bit shorter on the full-sized dolls, but they fit quite well.

Is the tunic long enough to be worn by itself, as a dress? Depends on how comfortable you are with the length. I personally wouldn't do it unless the girl was wearing leggings or heavy tights underneath as it only just covers Evie's tush.
