This set was introduced in 2005 and retired in 2008.
AG description: Felicity's baby sister Polly doll is 9 inches long with a soft body and vinyl arms, legs, and head. She comes dressed in a beautiful christening gown and bonnet. Help Felicity lay her down in the exquisite wooden cradle fitted with a striped mattress and coverlet. Cradle W:6.25", H:6.75", D:9"
sorry- no pics yet....but I just love this set.
Larrisa got Baby Polly for her birthday and she is lovely. The cradle is a beautiful, dark wood and it is solid and thick. You can really rock it when it is sitting on the floor. The detail on it is also very nice- nicely curved top and the rockers. So pretty.
Polly is a mini bitty baby with blonde molded hair. She has pretty blue eyes. The dress is champagne colored satin with nice details- the trim on the dress and a pretty pink satin ribbon holds the bonnet on. It is all removable and would be neat if they would make a few other outifits for her later on.
The mattress for the cradle is nice and soft. It is a striped coral material and comes with a matching sheet to cover her with. I do wish this was a little bigger as it covers her in the cradle but you can't wrap her in it.
Very nice set A+

My daughter LOVES Baby Polly! There are other non-AG sized babies, but Polly has the AG quality that will stand up to years of play. She is constructed much like a mini Bitty Baby. My daughter did manage to scuff her a bit, but I simply used a Magic Eraser on Polly and she was good as new. In fact, these pictures were taken after her Magical freshening. Here she is: Baby Polly in her cradle: Naked, so that you can see her neck ties and body tag: Size comparison to Bitty: And reaching out for a hug:

Felicity’s Baby Sister Polly B – From Adult A – From Child This set comes with a dressed baby Polly doll, cradle mattress, blanket and trading cards. It’s a fairly nice set. While not worth $48, it’s well worth the sale price. Felicity’s baby sister Polly has a lot of play value. She can be a baby sister for the 18” American Girl dolls or a mini Bitty Baby. Baby sister Polly is constructed like Bitty Baby. She has a cloth body and vinyl limbs that can’t be posed, and painted hair. She even has tiny neck-strings. However, unlike Bitty, baby Polly doesn’t have sleep eyes. In my opinion, her painted eyes are a little creepy. While baby Polly is nicely made, she isn’t that much nicer than baby dolls from Wal-Mart, Shopko, Target, etc. Baby Polly’s clothes are fairly nicely made and consist of a satin-like gown and bonnet. It has non-snagging Velcro on the back and is removable. My daughter was concerned that Polly was diaper-less, but that’s easily remedied. It would have been nice if the baby had a less dressy gown or shift to wear in addition to her baptism gown. The cradle is made of a light wood and has a dark stain. The concept is cute, but the design was poorly executed. Baby Polly barely fits in her cradle. Her legs/feet don’t want to stay in. The proportion of the cradle to Polly, Felicity, and Felicity’s collection is also quite unrealistic. The mattress is a fairly typical American Girl mattress and fits nicely in the cradle. The blanket is just a hemmed piece of cloth and is not impressive. They could have used something a little more substantial. I do wish that baby Polly came with a bottle, toy, or other baby things. Felicity does look sweet entertaining Polly with the Jumping Jack or protecting her face with the fire screen from the winter enchantments set.

I like Polly. I don't think she's worth the full $48, but she's cute.
I paid . . . I think $30 for her at last year's MCM sale, and I think she's certainly worth it at the current Clearance price, too. The cradle is nicely made.
How much you like her depends on how you feel about baby dolls in general. I've never been much of a baby doll person, but she is cute.
For non-Felicity fans, she could probably work just as well as the new baby Cornelia is pregnant with at the end of The Curse of Ravenscourt. Her clothes are too fancy to be Baby Britta, but the doll herself would work just fine.
So at $48 I'd give her a C- just because that's more than half the price of a full-sized 18" AG doll and it's more than a full-sized Bitty Baby.
At $28 I'd give the set an A+.

I would not have paid full price for this set, but it's definitely worth the sale price of $28.
I do agree that the cradle could be a bit roomier, and the blanket isn't anything special, but the cradle is very sturdy and I think the doll will hold up very nicely. I also think that the dress and bonnet are of better quality than the outfits you usually see on dolls this size.
I bought Polly for my 3 year old and she has been playing with her constantly, so for play value I give the set an A+. We already have a couple of Bitties, but Polly is the perfect size for taking places. I don't mind that her eyes are painted instead of sleep eyes, because she seems more durable that way (for some reason, I always worry about the sleep eyes), but I can definitely see where it would bother people from a collector standpoint.

I got Baby Polly today! She is cute and a steal at $28. I don't think she is worth $48. I wish the cradle were an inch or two longer. I was disappointed in the blanket. I was hoping for something a little nicer.

Here are Baby Polly's measurements if you wanted to make an outfit for Polly before she arrives at your house (or for a friend's doll):
Head-to-toe: 8 1/2" neck circumference (where plastic meets fabric): 4 inches neck to waist: 2 inches neck to feet: 6 inches to the soles of her feet shoulder to shoulder: 5 inches from material shoulder to shoulder shoulder to wrist: 1 1/2" from material shoulder to wrist arm hole (where sleeve attaches): circumference is 3 inches chest: 7 1/4 inches waist: 7 1/4 inches waist to feet: 4 1/4 inches to soles of her feet
ETA:
I was just asked to measure the CRADLE for a friend, so I decided to list my findings here too.
My measurements are 8.5” long (measured at the bottom; more like 8.75” along the top since the sides flare).
5” wide
The top/hood is 5” above the floor of the cradle. The hood itself is 5.5” tall (measured from the back) in the middle, but 5” tall in the sides.
The rockers are 6.5” wide.
The side of the cradle walls are 2.75” tall.
Measure the doll you wish to put into this cradle before trying to create one yourself. Polly is actually too long for her own cradle!

We have this and I am trying to round up all her things. Did she come with a diaper or any undergarments? No, just her gown and bonnet. And of course, the cradle pad and cover.

I love this set. The cradle is so pretty and historical -looking.
The baby & cradle really accentuate scenes, next to Felicity and/or her bed or other furniture.

Measurements, please of Polly from head to toe. Also, can someone provide measurements of the cradle, please? Thank-you. Both Polly and her cradle's measurements are in the Arts & Crafts Class/Make your Own board. Felicity's Baby PollyFelicity's Baby Polly's Cradle
