(this doll was retired/revised in 2013) Grade: A- I think this Bitty Baby is adorable. She definitely reflects the cuteness that make babies so great. Her face is sweet and has great coloring. Mine is named Bitty. I really like the shape of her body. She lays in such cute positions that look like real baby positions. Her body isn't too stuffed which gives her more posability and makes getting clothes on her easier. The downside is how incredibly easily her head scuffs. Bitty spends most of her time on my bed pillows, and unfortunately the movement I make on my bed causes her head to scuff when it touches the wall. I haven't tried to remove it. Fortunately she looks very cute in a hat which covers her scuffs well.

This Bitty Baby doll is a very loveable doll. I give her an A. She is huggable and soft, with just enough pose potential in her head turn and ability to sit up against something. Her sleeper is lightweight fabric but nice for a little girl. Bitty bear is a big plus, making her more lifelike by giving her a toy of her own. She looks very sweet sleeping. I give this Bitty an A, not with a "+", because she does have a few downsides. One is, as has been mentioned, the scuffing of her head. This is a picture of our first Bitty's head after one week of play with a 4 year old. The other issue we've had is with their eyes. After a few days, our first doll stopped opening one eye all the way. CS suggested holding the eye open and blowing into it, but that only helped temporarily. They sent a doll to exchange, and the first few times I sat her up this is what she did: This time blowing into the eye relieved the problem. I presume this is not a problem with only this variety of Bitty. The CS rep said this happens from having their eyelashes trimmed and debris falling into the eye. Despite these problems I think she's a great doll. Realistic, but not scary realistic. Also, our second doll had slightly more subtle coloring. Comparing them side by side I realized the one with less coloring in the face looked more like a baby. Overall, this is a very nice baby doll for a little girl!

This BB is one of the sweetest ones. Although I agree with Sprout's Mom...her head does scratch very easily. About three-four years ago, I sent her in for a head replacement and about a week after, her head was all scratched up again. I love the BB face mold, her little mouth looks so sweet!

This baby doll is very sweet. The newest meet outfit the bitty babies come in looks great on her. I have had the same problems as others above with her, but that may be because I have had her for a long time. I recommd this doll to anyone who has a little girls under the age of 7 to get there first one. She is a great first ag doll and I love her (mine is named Annilisa). I give her a A.

I have this one and named her Sarah. She's a cutie. I just got her for Christmas so I can't say much about her but she's SOOOOO cute. I don't like the new meet outfit as much as the flower print or turquoise one, but so far my favorite outfit for her is the original birthday outfit.
