When it’s time for riding practice, your favorite girl can dress her doll in this sporty outfit:
A button-front polo shirt with a diagonal band across the chest
Belted pants with contrast stitching
Black riding boots
A pink helmet to keep her safe on horseback
A “Strong” heart charm for the doll’s charm-keeper necklace
I give this outfit an A. There are a few details that aren't quite accurate (no knee patches on the riding pants). Also, the belt is a little cheap and will likely break with use.
Overall I love this outfit! The polo is really versatile and you could probably use the pants with another top as well. The riding helmet is really neat. It looks just like a schooling helmet that a young girl would wear. I especially love the polo--it looks just like the polos from the Joules line.
I bought my outfit just before the charms were introduced, so I can't speak to the charm. Pre-charm era I received a book called "Saddle Up". It lists a few different horse sports that a girl can do. On the front it has a polocrosse player wearing a similar outfit to the Sporty Riding outfit.
