Miss AG Bear: Soft N' Shiny Outfit

This was the only outfit I thought of getting my Miss AG in. I wanted something classically Pleasant Company and classically Miss AG, while still having some unique spunk. I was worried it would be too girly for adult taste, but I found that Miss AG in the Soft N' Shiny Outfit has the perfect spunk for an adult AG collector.



Below is how she looks among the pink corner of my house decor:



The buttons are the type that are sewn in through a plastic loop underneath the buttonhead, so the buttons flop about. There are no buttonholes; the buttons are for looks only. The two black pieces are velour, and the top's satiny. Her headband has rhinestones of multiple colors scattered on the bow.

I guess buttonholes would be ideal, but other than that possibility, I would give this outfit on Miss AG an A+!

I just found a Miss AG in this outfit for a dollar at a yard sale! It's very mid-90s - I remember seeing shirts with floppy buttons like that when I was in high school. I especially love the cozy velvet jumper (though I sort of wish it came without the AG of Today logo). The velvet bow is cute, fits the bear right, and the sequins seem to be glued on well enough - my bow had all of them. Very recommended for any Miss AG collector.

Soft N' Shiny Outfit-

Dress Miss AG Bear for a party in this bright pink satin shirt with faux rhinestone buttons. Slip on her black felt jumper and top her off with a black headband with a bow and rhinestones.


Found this beauty complete in the Soft N’Shiny outfit for $1 at a yard sale in May, 2022.

I am impressed with the quality of a teddy bear outfit. Very soft and shiny….I guess that’s where it gets its name!
