:-*I recived this outfit last Christmas, and it is so much prettier in person then it is in the catalog picture. It has the most beautiful embroidery on the bodice. It is embroidered with sparkly pink and gold thread. The skirt has a layer of beige satiny material for the first layer, on top of that is a layer of starched meshy stuff and two layers of soft mesh. The final layer is really soft stretchy beige mesh. The acessories are the cutest! The gloves are stretchy, elbow-length, and embroidered with a flower vine design. The little shoes are satin and have tiny heels! They are lined with turquoise blue leather. They also have a backstrap to keep them on the doll's feet. (I hate it when shoes fall off) The jewels in the hair clip look fakey, but the overall effect is cute. I would give this outfit an A+, because Molly looks like a princess in it. In fact, I'm thinking of making a mask to go with it, so I can use it as a masquerade halloween costume.

I love this dress. I hear people say that it is not like something that a kid would wear...but it is nearly identicle to my cousin (who was 2 at the time) dress that she wore when she was the flower girl in my wedding.

This is a very lovely outfit. I'm quite happy with this dress and I used it last year for Marisol in celebration of her retirement. This year Jess will be in the gown for her the same reason. I think this is a wonderful dress to be used as a send off for my LE gals. I think this is such an elegant dress because of the gloves and fancy shoes. I will say I'm not too sure about the hair tie because I'm not fond about the different colored gems. To be completely honest, I think the hair tie looks more like something a person could use in their own hair. I have to agree with Jordyn: although you may not see a girl in this type of dress too often, it's not impossible. I give this dress and A+ because it's just wonderful!
The bodice and gloves have a lot of detail that you can't see on the website as someone else mentioned. However, I am somewhat frustrated with a couple of aspects of this outfit... the shoes are very easy to dislodge and it is hard to get my Josefina to stand in them. The bodice also came out of shape from the box and I haven't been able to get it completely flattened out so it falls normally. The gloves are lovely, however, and I also like the hairtie, although it might be too gaudy for some people.
B- since the gloves and tie are really the nicest parts of the outfit.
I just received this dress as an early Christmas present and I really adore it. I agree that it looks a lot better in person than it does on the website. The embroidery is lovely. I think that the hair tie could have matched the outfit as a whole more, but overall I feel that the quality and feel is great. I give this a rating of an A.

Got this dress (dress only not the gloves or hair piece or shoes) on a doll I bought on eBay. I absolutely LOVE this dress. It has lots of detail, is made of very nice fabrics, and feels high quality and "fancy". It does take a little but of fluffing to get it to look right when putting it on, but it ends up being a great dress. Photos just don't do it justice. I give the dress itself an A. Can't comment on the other pieces though.
