There's a lot of negativity towards this set that I have heard. But I'll admit it: I like it! Yes, so it's a little bit ... interesting, for a little girl doll, but I had a lot of fun with this outfit as a kid. The Good: It's not pink! Ok, it has pink in it, but that is not the primary color. But it is shiney, and I like my shiney. In seriousness, I like that this outfit has a lot of pieces that really flow together well. Everything is high-quality, with lots of details like the little latches on the ski boots and the fact that the suit zips up--it's not velcro. The skis attach easily to the boots, but won't fall off easily. The ski poles are designed to be held easily by the doll hands. There's a lot of play-value here. I also think it looks darn good on a doll. The Bad: The one-piece can be somewhat tricky to get on and requires a little patience. I don't think it's fragile by any means, just a bit of a trial. Ditto with the cute ski gloves, which are the only AG gloves I've encountered that have spaces for individual fingers. Here it is on my doll, Libby. The total package. Sunglasses and hairband included with the skisuit. Skis and boots.
