I ordered mini-Emily to give to my mom for her birthday -- she has all of the other mini's, so this will complete her collection! I have to say that I think she is one of the best-done mini-dolls out there. Maybe it is because she doesn't have bangs - bangs look so dorky on these minis! But her hair lays very nicely, although it doesn't seem quite as red as I remember the big Emily's hair looking. Her headband is actually a ribbon, and if you don't take it out, it stays in very nicely! Her shoes are plastic Mary-Janes and do not appear as though they are in danger of falling off, unlike Felicity and Elizabeth! Her little red socks are SO CUTE!!! For some reason her painted eyes seem to look better than mini-Elizabeth's eyes. The dress is well made, and the ribbon/belt is attached at the sides, so you can't lose it! The little books is of course, too cute!
All in all, I'd give mini-Emily an A! Definitely one of the cutest mini's out there!

I got Mini Emily for my dearest Molly while I was out shopping todayand I am impressed. Her hair is smooth and neat, the outfit looks adorable on her, and her eyes do not look unnatural. Molly is excited to have her and we both give her an A!!!
She is absolutely a sweetheart.

I got mini Emily a couple of months ago, and she is darling! I only have a handful of the minis, but I think Emily and Nellie are the cutest ones so far. Emily's hair does lay very nicely, and she is just adorable in every way. I definitely recommend her, especially if you don't have any minis yet and want to start out with her. Of course, then you'd need her mini best friend, Molly!

Hannah -- I love Mini Emily riding on Yank! I come bearing a picture of my Mini Emily. I played with her a bit (okay, Jess did), and her hair is sticking up under the headband. I wish I could fix it. I bet I could with some water and some tweezers, but it makes me feel like she's too delicate to play with.

We just got a mini Emily at Hastings for...drumroll please...$5.40. She is the first one for us, and she is very cute. The only problem we had was getting the shoes back on after my dd took them off!
