This set was released with Cécile in 2011 and retired with her archival in 2014.
Cécile wears these fancy accessories when she's out and about in her hometown of New Orleans: A teal hat, trimmed with a bow. A necklace with a pearly pendant. Dainty white gloves.
My Cécile must have one fat hand or one skinny glove. It took about two or three minutes to get the second glove on. I don't plan to take them off in the near future. She might even sleep in them...when she gets her nightgown, etc.

Cécile's Accessories consist of a teal hat trimmed with a bow; a necklace with a pearly pendant; and white gloves. They retail for $24. The hat: it is marvelous! Probably my favorite AG-branded hat to date. It's made of a soft synthetic felt roughly the same color as her meet dress. P9037942 by norasroom, on Flickr The crown of the hat is nicely rounded and treated with a hat-stiffener to preserve its shape. P9037941 by norasroom, on Flickr It's trimmed with a ruched black velvet hatband, a large ribbon rose that matches the cluster of roses on the front of her dress, and a large satin-finish bow at the back. P9037937 by norasroom, on Flickr P9037938 by norasroom, on Flickr The bow looks brighter red in this image than it does in real life. (Satin-finish ribbon is tough to photograph!) The hat fits extremely nicely, perched towards the back of her head. Although it does flatten down her curls a bit they fluffed up nicely with my fingers. Cécile's pearl pendant is lovely! It's got sort of an antique finish, and a nice weight to it. The chain falls to mid-chest. Clasp was a bit tight but should loosen up over time. P9037930 by norasroom, on Flickr The gloves are a nice touch. They're made of a white knit, probably polyester with a little spandex for good measure. There's top-stitching on the outside to indicate where the fingers would be but that's purely decorative: P9037935 by norasroom, on Flickr This set gets an A+ from me if for no other reason than you have to have Cécile's hat!

I love the necklace and the gloves are cute enough, but IMO, the small set of items is not really worth the cost. I value the set mostly because I appreciate having the meet accessories of each historical that I have.

Cécile's Accessories
Hat ~ I don't understand why this hat doesn't come with the doll, it is essential to her meet outfit. I think it's the cutest hat and the quality is superb. It sits on her head just so and looks good in just about any position. The rosette is just precious. While the bow is large it doesn't take away from Cécile's facial beauty.
Necklace ~ Very dainty looking necklace but should prove sturdy. I think this is another must-have.
Overall A.

My Ceclile's hat looks very similar to Catlin's picture from above and has an indentation about the size of a silver dollar. One side of this crease looks like it could crack after a few months of play. Called AG and they are sending a replacement.

This is a lovely little set. The hat looks absolutely darling on Cécile and I love it. The only downside is that I can't imagine it going well with many other outfits. The gloves are cute, but again, as others have stated it's hard to make the gloves look like gloves and not mittens. The best piece to this set imo is the necklace. It goes with everything and is gorgeous. It's nice and heavy so I imagine it would hold up to play. Great set, although I wish it included a purse or something more for the price. A-

I adore Cécile's accessories! Her hat is very cute and fits her perfectly. The gloves are adorable, and they're pretty easy to get on and off. The necklace is also very nice, and seems to be of high quality. I didn't have any difficulty with the clasp, and surprisingly enough, I didn't get it caught in any of her beautiful curls, either! In my opinion, this set is a must have for anyone who wants to collect for Cécile. Her meet outfit just doesn't seem complete without it. Grade: A+

Cécile's accessories were bought during the 61% off sale on December 5, 2012. Doll w/ accessories was $50.Hat: A+I love this hat! It isn't bent out of shape at all and if it is, you can easily fix that since it's made of a felt type of material. It feels nice and the embellishments are lovely and not skimpy, nor overdone. There's a red satin ribbon bow in the back, with a black velvet-y material all around, plus a red rose embellishment. It matches her meet outfit nicely and does not mess up her curls. You can pull it right off and her hair looks good as new. Gloves: BMeh. These gloves are okay. I would have preferred either longer gloves or a different item all together. They're a bit tricky to pull on the doll's hands, and there's a tag in one that makes the job even more difficult because it's huge. I hardly think a tag for the gloves is necessary, but whatever. They complement her meet outfit and they do look kind of cute once on, but those are the only merits I can think of. Necklace: A++++++++If you can't tell by the grade, then this necklace is just the best. I had a rude awakening when I observed MG's necklace because this one is fantastic! It's definitely metal and has a pearl set into a metal charm. It is not difficult to put on and hangs nicely over many outfits (I've tried McK's school outfit and Céce's meet dress, among other things). I've seen many real pearls before and AG did a great job making this one look realistic. Overall grade: A+AG could have done a bit better with the third accessory item, but the hat and necklace redeem the set. Now, is it worth $24? I got it on sale, but as much as I love it, I wouldn't have paid $24 for it. Other than that, it's a great buy.

I love the necklace and the gloves are cute enough, but IMO, the small set of items is not really worth the cost. I value the set mostly because I appreciate having the meet accessories of each historical that I have. Grade: B I agree the set is overpriced for what it is. I got my set for Christmas (bought on Jill's Deals), and I think it really finishes Cécile's meet. My hat was not misshappen or dented at all, and fits Cécile's head nicely without squishing her curls like I was afraid would happen. The necklace is quite heavy and nice, no complaints there. The gloves are a bit snug, but I think they will stretch a little with wear. It took me a few minutes to get them on the first time, and a younger child could have difficulties. As a whole, this is a very cute set and essential to complete Cécile's meet outfit, but not worth the $24 it's listed at. A-

My hat came with the top dented in. I contemplated getting it replaced but I think the problem is the box. It's too shallow and I don't know what would prevent the next one from getting pushed in. It fits Cécile's head nicely and matches her dress well.
The mitts are cute and mine were fairly easy to slip on. A child might struggle and get frustrated.
The necklace leaves me luke warm at best. It's far too long and the pendant is huge.

A friend has Cécile and this set is perfect with her meet dress. The hat is really well made and the bow in the back is cute.
