Really cute. I love the whole deal. My dad was in the Navy so my Julie was very happy to show her American pride in her first patriotic outfit. My dress is pretty destroyed though - the velcro ripped the entire dress. I wasn't hard on outfits so I don't know if this is a quality issue or just a bad dress, but it's been sitting in my moms sewing basket for years and should probably just get tossed out.
The hat is nice and stiff to stay up.
I love the little shoes. They're easy to put on and so so cute.
I don't remember the little boat at all. I guess I broke or lost it. So I won't review that.
I'll give it an A, hoping it's a bad dress and not a typical thing for the fabric they picked for this dress.
