Scooter Set
The scooter, which is a metal scooter that has rubber/plastic tires and rubber/plastic handles with velcro on part of them to attach Lindsey's wrist guards. Scooter also has a brake, also metal. With some effort, Lindsey can ride her scooter about 3 ft; after that she falls over. My scooter came with instructions, which proved useful, as the scooter arrived in some sort of locked position. Also included is a blue helmet with butterfly logo; the helmet firmly fastens around Lindsey's head. Finally two wrist guards are included. They are a metallic/khaki color with red and blue stripes which match Lindsey's main outfit. They are very sturdy and attach to the scooter well.

Scooter
Lindsey gets around town on a shiny silver scooter...except when it gets taken away as punishment! Lindsey’s gloves help her hold on to the handles as she flies down the sidewalk. Don’t forget her helmet in case she slips off!
$34 GBK discontinued 2003Sweet set. Lindsey can stand on this if she's well balanced. My loose limbed girl has lots of trouble balancing. The scooter gloves are the cutest. Scooter, helmet and gloves Scooter, helmet and gloves (closer) To tighten the handlbar: the turning of the screw opposite the 'flappy thing' turns when you turn it. What you need to do is PUSH the flappy thing inwards towards the handbar-upright until it's nice and snug. That should hold them upright.

Lindsey's scooter is really cute and works great as a display piece. It seems to roll pretty well too, so it should be fine for play also. Here's a pic of Mari and the new scooter:

Got the complete set in great condition off Craigslist for a steal of a $15 price. I love it, but it's difficult to pose dolls with tighter limbs. Yet, it looks great with the dolls, however they are posed. It also makes for easier storage as it folds like a regular scooter.

I love this scooter! It really rolls very smoothly, although mine is old and has started to squeak. I love how small it folds up and I have not had any problems with dolls falling off mainly because of these great gloves.
Here is Lindsey wearing them. I had to roll up her sleeves so you could see them.
The scooter folded up:
The handles have a Velcro slit so she can hang on.
You grab the little lever to unfold it and turn it down so she can ride it.
Her helmet had a butterfly graphic and there are holes on the top so her head won't get wet with dolly sweat! It clasps with plastic under her chin.
If you can believe it, she and her entire collection can fit on the scooter!
