I added the wheelchair to my collection a few months ago. It is sturdy. The cloth on the chair is removable (velcro), so it would be easy to make another cloth attachment in different colors if you wanted to. Your doll has to sit up very straight in the chair. It has a cute and usable pocket on one side. The footrests adjust as needed, and the brakes work well too! It's not collapsible.
My sister's boyfriend took Kit on a ride, so after that incident I now use something to seat belt them in, just in case.
Here is a close-up of the tire so you can see the tread.

We love the Berry Wheelchair! My dd used her Christmas money to buy it, so I was really hoping she'd love it. I warned her that the doll's feet would probably stick straight out, but that's not the case at all! It is designed so that the legs angle down just enough for the feet to rest where they should. The fabric is sturdy, sporting a very handy pocket. The plastic parts appear sturdy as well. The hand brakes move back and forth, but don't actually prevent the wheels from turning when they're in braking position. The wheels have a metal rim for the doll to push, and an authentic looking tread. Saige has sustained quite a few injuries using her new roller skates, so we're all pleased that she can ride in such style while she needs to. We give the Berry Wheelchair an A+. [/URL
