How divine!!!
The good: very well constucted, and the boots and gloves are soooo divine!!
The bad: the shoelaces are kinda hard to tie, and the gloves are small and can be easily lost(lucky for me, i haven't yet!!
Over all...A+++

This item was introduced in 1996 and retired in 2000.
These giant playscape scenes are carefully illustrated in fine detail. Look closely and you'll discover "hidden" details that make Scenes & Settings even more lifelike! And because the sturdy portfolio can open to reveal four of the five scenes at once, it's like having a four-room playhouse for your American Girl. Lightweight, sturdy, and designed to last, Scenes & Settings is easy to take anywhere you want to play. The thick pages fold flat and snap closed for quick storage, a built-in handle makes carrying easy, and the entire portfolio weighs just seven pounds. Scenes & Settings is a picture-perfect way to bring to life the stories of the American Girls. Molly's Scenes & Settings contains: Cover, The McIntire Kitchen, Molly's Bedroom, Willow Street School The Corner Drugstore, Camp Gowonagin. When open, each scene measure 4'10" wide by 2' tall. When snapped shut, the portfolio measures 2'5" wide by 2' tall. It weighs approximately 7 lbs.
The good: great to have, wonderful to use. The front and back snap together into a book. the dolls and accessories look great next to it.
The bad: it's Very big!

so cute! i've been trying to get this for a while and finally did. ETA: theone thing i don't like about this is how you almost have to have grace to have the set. the box says grace and she can easily stick her head through. i personally don't have grace but now wish i did. maybe that's what they were going for? while it is plastic, wood could pose being a threat to youngr children. it could break easier and cause splinters. all due respect, but i'm not sure if you should degrade this becasue it's not what you wanted. A . very cute and i can see much playablility with it in my future!!

Such a pretty mini doll! she's a cutie. AFAIK, she's just about exactly like the bigger doll. the only bad thing seems to be that her hair doesn't like to stay down and it fluffs up and can be very annoying.
all in all...A+

I'm so sorry if this has been done, but i scoured the board and didn't find it.
It comes with.. Basket/backpack Flowers 3 Butterflies magnifying glass flower press net
The good: such a cute set! Every doll would want to go out and catch the butterflies, which are magnetic. The basket is so cute, bit i'm afraid i'm going to hurt it!
The bad: nothing exept the flowers are kinda cheap...
Great set! quite a few bigger things for $24! A+++

The Good: She is soooo Cute!! almost like the real doll, exept the hair isn't as real or plasticy as the full size dolls. Her shoes are realistic and her dress is so adorable!
The bad: not much, exept the hair can start flying everywhere!!
All in all...A+!!

I agree with felicityfan with the shoes. hard to get ona nd off but worth it for a display. I was very happy with this outfit, much more than i thought i'd be. I got it last year for christmas and have barelyhad it off my kaya. I have had no problem with the jingles thus far.
