This set was released in 2014 and retired with archival in 2015.
Caroline's Table and Treats
Item# BKF97
Times are tough during the War of 1812, so Caroline is extra grateful to celebrate special occasions with her family’s finest treats and table settings:

I apologize for the photo bombing, but I tried to take as many pictures as I could.
After some hemming and hawing over free shipping, I decided to just take the plunge and get the most expensive item on my BeForever wishlist, Caroline's Table and Treats. I briefly had the NOLA set, but never touched it and sold it some time ago. I ordered it literally at the last hour of free shipping, and it arrived today. Talk about fast shipping!
Here is the box it arrives in:
And how everything is packed inside:
The table is just a standard rectangular wooden table. The underside is stamped with BKF97. It is a study table that should not break easily.
Here is Caroline standing behind the table. It seems a bit short to me, but all AG furniture is scaled down a bit, so I do not mind.
Here is a comparison to the Table and Chairs set. As I mentioned, this set's table is a bit shorter. The color wood is also different.
However, a chair can fit under the table by itself:
Again, color difference in the wood:
Here is the table cloth on the old table and table from this set. Doesn't quite fit on the rounded table. Pardon the creases and wrinkles.
The embroidery on the table cloth is nice. The is also some embroidery on the trim. However, only one side has that embroidery.
Here we get into the dishes. They are ceramic/porcelain. Wonderful quality. All the dishes match in color.
Size comparison on soup tureen and soup bowls:
The pattern on the soup bowls match the trim on the table cloth:
Everything else is packed in the brown box:
The metal tiered tray - heavy duty and real metal:
The soup ladle. Same metal as the tiered tray. Also very nice:
The white pedestal. Plastic and lightweight. Disappointing.
The treats on the pedestal. Carry-over from the NOLA set. Not my favorite.
The tarts. I do not mind these, despite being clumped. They look kinda yummy. Also with product code on bottom.
The cupcakes. Not as realistic as the tarts. Wish they weren't clumped into three. That seems like a lot of cupcakes to eat.
The cookies. Cute, but not the most realistic looking. Will likely replace these with Pippaloo cookies I already have.
Everything on the metal tiered tray:
The apples. Clumped into groups of four. Looks alright in the bowl, actually.
Everything together on the table:
Now for some comparison's with the party set....
They are smaller than the apples that come with the traveling basket and a different shade.
Comparison of the pitcher from the Party Set and the bowl from the Table and Treats set. The boat imprint is a mirror image and stretched differently. The shade of the pitcher is less yellow than the dishes in the Table and Treats set. Faraway, you will not tell the difference, but up close in good natural lighting, there is a color difference.
Soup bowl with a fork and knife from the Party set. We need spoons!
Soup bowl and soup tureen compared to pewter mug:
Pewter is dull, metal tiered tray is shiny:
It's a bit tight to add the ceramic pieces to the party set using the table and chairs. The soup tureen is about to fall off the edge of the table! But it looks nice together. Could probably replace the apple cake in the center with the soup tureen.
Overall, I would give the set an A-. If you already have the NOLA banquet table, I would skip this one, unless you are bent on getting the soup tureen, ladle and soup bowls. Some sort of cake would have been nice too, since the Party set that had a cake is gone.
I mainly got the set since I am a completist for Caroline, but if I was not, I would likely have skipped the set. I am not sure how much I will actually use it for Caroline, to be honest, and plan on likely repurposing the porcelain pieces to go with her party set and the table and treats for some modern party settings.
