From AmericanGirl.com:
Chrissa is ready to celebrate with friends in this special outfit:
A polka-dot sundress with a square neckline and a sequined flower at the waist A pair of closed-toe sandals to match A pair of hair clips for a super ’do $24
Grade: A-
My dress came incredibly wrinkled, but it still looks really cute on the doll. While I would have preferred the dress brighter like the movie version, it's not horribly pale. I didn't realize the flower had a sequin on it until doing this review, so I'm not sure why AG made a point of mentioning it in their summary. The flower is sewn on, but looks like it could easily be removed.
The shoes are not very exciting; I personally don't like this style, and the ribbon on the sides kept twisting when I tried to put them on Chrissa.
The hairclips are the same as from the Petals and Plaid outfit (and I'm sure many others) except in lavender. I can never get them to hold much hair, so I would rather have a different hair accessory.

The sundress is the only outfit that my DD had any interest in so that is the only one we have. It is really a cute dress though, it seems a little too large under the armpits? The shoes are sweet and the hairclips are cute. I do not love this outfit, but my daughter does. It is pictured on her Samantha because that is the doll she chose to wear it. She said it is her favorite AG outfit ever. I have to say, Sam looks pretty darn cute in it. I give it an A- It is nice quality and, by AG standards, reasonably priced. Looks like something a 10 yr old would wear.

I give this outfit an A+ I would give it an A++ if the dress wasn't as big around the neck but the outfit was for a very reasonable price, here is a picture:

I love this dress! A solid A from me. The colors are very pale, but your eyes blend them beautifully. The background and trim are a beautiful shade of pale periwinkle, and the colors are great together, so it makes a cute spring dress. I really like the halter style neckline of it. The little flower is adorable and a nice touch too. You can hardly notice the sequin. It's nothing special, but I do like the flower. The dress looks great on short haired dolls.
Now, the shoes. Personally, I really love them. I like the style. They're cute. The soles are hard periwinkle plastic, and the material of the shoes is canvas like, in pale periwinkle, close to the trim of the dress but not exactly. The ribbon is light pink, and stretchy. It is laced through the front of the sandal, and looks nice. These shoes are easy to get on, but sturdy. They have a small heel but are easy to stand in.
Now the hair clips. I don't really care for them to tell the truth. They are cute, but kind of heavy for short doll hair. They are the same style as the petals and plaid ones, but with these ones, the color is periwinkle, and the enamel stuff that is colored kind of bulges out, atleast on mine, whereas with the petals and plaid clips, the enamel was flat. I think it looks better flat. The color on these ones also seems a bit clouded. The clips are easy to ignore though. They aren't bad, they just aren't my favorite.
Overall, this dress is adorable, and has become one of my favorite outfits. I would buy it again.

This is a lovely spring/ summer outfit. The shoes are a bit weird- I don't think I like them particularly well. The barrettes are the same as the ones from the Petals and Plaid outfit, only in lavender. I don't have Chrissa, but I put the dress on Zuleikha (#28) and she looks lovely. Grade: B

My daughter bought this dress at the Atlanta store and it is one of her favorites. I also think that it is adorable but I love pastels. The quality is great as is with most AG clothes. I would definitely give it an A+.

I was able to snag this outfit from the website by searching for "Chrissa". Its a very cute dress that looks nice on my Chrissa, although my Chrissa has a chunky butt and so its a tight fit to get it to close in the back. The shoes are okay, nothing particularly special, same with the barettes. Nonetheless, I was glad to be able to get this important part of Chrissa's collection.

DD loves this dress and calls it Chrissa's party dress. I like it as well but mostly I like the shoes because it is easy for little hands to get on and off. The hair barrettes are ok, but nothing great and don't hold Chrissa's hair that well. I don't know why AG bothered with them.
Dress gets and A from me.

I really love this dress- the pastel colors are pretty and very springy. The little flower at the waste is a nice addition. My only complaint with the dress is that the straps are too long, causing the dress to come down too low and expose a lot more of the cloth body than need be. I usually just tie the straps. The shoes are unique, but for young girls, they can be tricky to get on without the doll stepping on the heel. I would give this dress an A-, due to the straps.

We recently bought this Sundress when it was on the sale page and called "Sundress for dolls". That's even how it was referred to on the box tag. No mention of Chrissa.
The new dress is a bit darker. Not a lot, but enough that I noticed it right out of the box. Here is a comparison shot of the two sundresses we own:

I got this at the AG Outlet in April 2010 and I think it was a pretty good set. I like using it during the spring only, however, so that limits its use- to me at least. I like the dress and how easily it fits PM dolls. I really like the shoes, they can even go over socks for an eccentric look. The hair clips, while not memorable, are useful, if they would only stay in the hair without slipping down.

I love this outfit so much. I haven't seen it not look beautiful on any doll before. The dress is nether thick or thin, just perfect. The shoes are easy to get on (at least they always were for me). The flower makes a nice touch. The thing that bothers me is that it comes in a tiny box, about the size as Josefina's Hairloom's box. The dress wrinkles so easily, that when I toke it out of the box, I had to put it under a pile of books for a whole day. Why put a dress like this in a microscopic box, AG?!?! Even my mom noticed how small it was. I think of been easier to just put it in a bigger box. The clips don't have much use. They hardly stay in the hair without slipping out. I give this dress a B+, because of the clips and the box issue.

This dress has such pretty soft colors. It seems to look great on so many dolls.
