Poolside Plaid $22 GBOJ Grade: B
I like this dress don't get me wrong. It isn't the outfit that makes me give it a B. It's the shoes. they are worthless and fall off the easiest of any of the shoes I have. I love the little jumper. It ties at the shoulder and is to cute. The purple tee is nice for you to use with other outfits as well. Very versatile. It comes with three hair "alligator" clips. Purple, green, and orange-ish. look at the bottom of the shoe. On the sole is a little recycle symbol.
Such a cute outfit! I Love it! Sooo happy i got it!
I love my American girls and my rabbits

Rabbits: too many to name!
The jumper is fine, though a little short. I like the fact that it has a texture. It is great that the shirt velcroes in the back. The shoes are not good, but that's moot since I do not use them. So for the parts I actually use: A-

This outfit is very cute. It looks great on a lot of dolls. I think the skirt is a little short, but since it is a cover up, that's not too bad. The texture is great, and the hair clips go with a few different outfits.
The shoes are a little hard to keep on. So I normally don't use them.

One of my favorite outfits. It's very pretty, but I'll have to give it a B+ because the shoes do slip off easily. Other than that, it is perfect for Hannah, my #37. She looks just gorgeous in it and the colors go good with her hair, skin and eye color. It also looks good on Kit. I love this outfit and the pretty jumper and shirt make up for the shoes.

As a pastel person I loved this whole summer collection when it came out. I'm pretty sure I would have gotten a girl-sized version if it was available. Sarah Elizabeth still wears this all the time.
The plaid seersucker is perfect for summer, and the shoulder ties complete the casual look. The purple t-shirt is a very soft cotton. I like to pair it with denim as well. I never used the clips because of S.E.'s hairstyle. They look just like the ones I had then, though. They match surprisingly well given that green and orange aren't actually in the jumper.
The shoes are cute but very similar in construction to the Earth Day sandals--meaning that they don't stay on for play very well. They never bothered me but might be a problem for others.
Overall it's a great casual outfit for hot weather, and a good reminder that girly doesn't have to mean pink.

My dolls: Felicity, Sarah Elizabeth (#15, 2000's), Molly, Samantha, Elizabeth, Meg (#8, 1990's), Marcy (#21, 1950's), Emily, Lanie (2010's), Frances (#36, 1990's), Nellie, Shawn (custom, 1990's), Kirsten, Caroline
The shirt & jumper are the only pieces I've seen to this outfit, and they are nice. The shirt is a great solid-colored basic T-shirt. The jumper is nicely textured but a bit short, as others have point out, though just how short depends on how you tie the ties (since they really untie).
This is one of my daughter's favorite pieces. We don't have the shoes. We use the shoes from the Real Me meet. We also sometimes pair the shirt with the purple capris from that meet outfit. The shirt also looks cute with the jumper and boots set in place of the green long sleeve shirt.
