Thank you mom4natalie. Do you have Jess or are you going to order her? I would recommend you do if you have not already. She is beautiful in person. Everytime I pass her in my bedroom and look at that cute face, I have to hold her. She is really growing on me. I think Felicity is getting jealous!  I would give her an A. The only thing I don't like about her is that she sheds and that makes me nervous considering that her hair is so thin. |

* Emily wore this outfit in the movie Molly: An American Girl on the Home Front but it is not referenced in any of the books. *
I really like Emily's Tap Costume. This outfit looks really good with her hair and it just really is cute. The costume consists of a red velvet dress with a white satin-like skirt. There is also a really cute red hat that surprisingly sits well on her head (it is not like a baret that falls off if the wind blows. It actually goes around the crown of her head but you may want to secure it with pins if you are playing with it). And there is also a pretty red cape with 2 silver stars on the doll's right side and 1 silver star on the doll's left side. The little tap shoes come with little red bows. Overall, I really like this outfit!

A - I received this dress for Christmas and it is very pretty. It is a little tight on my Emily but I think it is supposed to be a tight around her waist and chest. The only warning I might suggest is: be careful to cover all of the velcro in the back of the dress. The material of the dress sticks to the velcro and if you pull if off, it pulls at the fabric of the dress. Be careful!
Other than that, I love this dress. Especially the pearl necklace. It is so easy to put on. I would recommend this dress!

A+ - I got my Emily for Christmas and I love her. She is so pretty. Her eyes are so beautiful and her hair color is very neat too. As you can see in the Felicity comparisons, it looks very different than Felicity's red hair and in my opinion it is more of a honey golden brown. But I love it!
Her meet dress is great and I have not put her headband on her and she looks fine. If you cannot get the headband adjusted right, I would say, just leave it off. She looks great without her headband.
I am very happy with Emily and have had no problems with her quality. She is a gorgeous doll and I would recommend her to anyone!
