As for wardrobe stretching. . . does anybody know if the pink in this collection matches the pink of the Love Shack Fancy collection? Do you think the navy will match the Janie and Jack collection? I tried to capture an accurate representation of the contrast in natural light! The darkest pink pieces of the LSF collection, like the sweater set, is a more purple-undertoned pink rather than a bright pink like the Something Navy collection and looks a bit off to the eye - like you're trying to match but not quite cutting it. The lighter pink patterned pieces, like the dress and the skirt, coordinate better in my opinion.

My Kit is from 2005. I think she may be a transitional doll because she still has the lighter face paint, PC stamp, zip tie neck closure, and a more round face with softer looking eyes. I love her! Especially in comparison to the new Mattel Kit that I've seen in store - their wigs are flat, lifeless, and cheap looking compared to my Kit's.
It's also really obvious when she's put next to my Mattel Molly. Kit's face looks so much larger! She's also taller as well. Not sure if this is just a normal difference between Kit and Molly or if it was a change across editions of Kit.
