Snow Fancy Skirt

There's something super glamorous about this long icy-blue tulle ballgown skirt that glitters with tiny silver dots. It has a metallic elastic waistband
Retail: $16
Grade: A-
This skirt has four layers. Light blue underskirt (serged edge), two layers of light blue tulle (raw edge), and a sparkly, but transparent overskirt (raw edge). Layers sewn together with silver elastic waist band.
Plastic AG tag is in a weird place (IMO) but overall nice quality. I think this skirt could be easily replicated by an advanced beginner sewer (i.e. me, but I don't have the time!)
I wish they had kept the $15 price tag from older mix and match sets, but this is a lot of skirt so this one I understand the one dollar increase.
