This celebration dress includes:
A sleeveless plaid dress with a shimmer of gold woven throughout. It has a mock neck, a full pleated skirt, a velvet ribbon waistband with a bow.
A golden headband that sparkles with rhinestones in the shape of a tiara
A navy patent wristlet purse with a plaid lining, an elastic wrist strap, and a ribbon on the front
A pair of navy patent boots with velvet ribbon and bows at the ankles

Dress: This sleeveless dress is made from a nice red and navy plaid material that feels like cotton. There are thin lines of shimmering gold thread woven through and thin white lines as well. The inverse pleats run all the way around the back. The navy velvet waistband has gold shimmering flecks and bow in the front. The band is attached at the front, back and side seams.
Shoes: These are made from a shiny navy vinyl material and have a band and bow around the ankle that is made out of the same velvet material as the band around the dress. The soles are black. These slip on like Grace's meet boots with no closures and they stay on just fine.
Purse: The wristlet purse is the same navy vinyl as the shoes. The bow and wrist strap match the other navy shimmer accents. The best part of the purse is that it is lined in the red plaid velvet material which is such a nice touch!
Headband: The headband is plastic and is the least impressive piece in this set. The jewels are also plastic. I always have difficulty getting headbands to sit flat on doll heads, and this one is no different. You can see the gap in the photos.
Overall I'd give this an A-, taking off points for the headband.
