I actually like the set but largely because pink and green are my favorite color combinations and also my sorority colors. Overall, I don't have a problem with it but I do wish the watering can was a little larger but not so large that it could not fit in the tote.

I initially hated this dress. But when I saw it in person at AGPNY, I really liked the material. I took the purple bow off and it's just great now.

Although I don't own this outfit, I've seen it up close at AGPNY. It is very indicative of the 70s when I was a girl. It actually reminds me of the performance outfits the Partridge Family always wore.

I use mine strictly as background props for my stage diorama. The dolls can't sit on the stool, but I think the idea was for them to be kind of proped up with one leg on the floor. The chair is a sturdy metal, but the other pieces are plastic. They work well as props but that is about it. It really was not worth the $42. I guess that was because of the stool being metal.

The pictures say it all. I have this set and love it best of all the swimsuit sets over the years. The colors are just awesome - and different.

I saw this doll in person at AGPNY and she looks like a real person. I mean of all the dolls, this one looks as if she resembles a real human being.

I think they have improved on the tent since the posts from 2007 and 2008. I just purchased this last week with the free shipping code (YEH!) and I love it and find it to be very sturdy. I tried doing things to see if the tent would collapse and it didn't. If you snap the poles into the holes securely, you should not have any problems.

I have this set and I really like it. I prefer the shampoo bottle and dog brush found in the set released in 2009, which I purchase as replacement parts. Overall I give this one a B+

I purchased this for a friend's daughter but I'm afraid I was not impressed with the house. It easily caves in. C-

I have Coconut and I love him but I must admit that I became a suedo-dog groomer and shaped him up. He looks so much better now. Before his hair was all wild and going in every which direction and you could barely see his eyes. I purchased him brand new but he still needed work. I give him an A-

I have this set and it is adorable. I only use the hat and sunglasses and Coconut uses it for the beach instead of gardening.

Okay, maybe I'm slow on the uptake here but do Jess and Ivy have the same face mold?

The book was eliminated and the charm was added in 9/2010.
These are probably the cutest pajamas AG has ever made and I've purchased enough sets to know. The colors are great and look good on any doll regardless if she is blonde or brunette. The slippers go superbly with the pajamas. The book is full of popcorn recipes. Your dolls will love going to a sleepover in these.

I loved this outfit except for the yellow turtleneck - I just thought the color a little off for the rest of the outfit so I replaced it with a stark white turtleneck and white tights and I absolutely love it now.

I love this set. The table looks to be made of solid wood. I wish the color had been white instead of pale blue as I believe it would go well with many other furniture pieces. The sewing machine is just too cute and it actually lights up and the presser foot moves up and down. The tape measure and pin cushion are just adorable. I purchased this the day it came out at AGPNY. I love it. I had actually been hoping AG would come out with a sewing machine and I love all of the little extras that came with it. Overall I give it an A. It would have received an A+ if it had come with a chair.

This is an amazing set. The fact that it really plays the little records just blows my mind. And the songs on the records are just so indicative of the music of the early 70s. This set brought back so many memories as I was 9 years old in 1974 jsut like Julie. She is by far my favorite of the historicals - I guess because I can relate so much.

I was 9 years old in 1974 just like Julie and I had a pair of pajamas made exactly like this just a different color. This brought back a lot of memories. I was so busy wishing I was a grown up now what I wouldn't do to go back to those carefree, innocent days. (SIGH!)
The jammies are super soft and very nicely made. The slippers are very plush.
