my only complaint is her hair bands. Much like my own, they stretch out much too easily, though suppose I could go out an buy her some similar ones.

This was the one thing I bought with Marisol when I got her at the Chicago store in May 2005. I don't mind the duffel, and love Rascal and the bandage. However, the energy bar and cell phone have been lost (though I may know where they are) and the water bottle is useless, though cute. Overall: B

On the skirt and it's oddness: I remember having something similar, but I was five or six when she was released. I never saw older girls wearing them, but it was a good pay skirt for younger girls.

I received Spring Pearl not long after she was released. That said, she is an exquisite doll with excellent detailing. She comes with faux Jade bracelets and earrings, hairpins , pink and green brocade pants and tunic (I'm sorry I don't know what they are technically called), along with slippers. The tunic is held closed with both hidden snaps and visible frogs. The detailing is exceptional. My only wish is that her doll stand would stay together, as she often topples over in it. Overall: A

I have Cécile, she was my third (and last) GoML. When I was forced to move her into our basement she lost her fan and bracelets, much to my chagrin. My one complaint is that her shoes fall off if you remove her from the stand, which bothers me greatly.

I love my Isabel, she was my second GoML. However, shortly after I received her the hair net popped off, and I have not been able to get it back on, all these years later. Also, the chain around her waist is very delicate, and when I at one point dropped Isabel some of the items fell off the chain.
