I received the jumper for the Birthday outfit when I bought the doll version. It was a girl's "Large". I wear a size 6 usually- and the dress fits me for the most part.
I did have to make some adjustments. I had to move some buttons to fit my chest, as well as added ribbons to cinch the waist. I am 5'5", and the dress reaches the middle of my calves. Which still works fine for me- but the doll version is proportionately longer.
The fabric is very durable, although it wrinkles easily. The purple color is lovely. The fruit print may not be for everyone- I did stand out as being dressed out of current style, almost costumey, when I went to the North Point mall wearing it. It would probably seem less out of place on a tween or teen than on an adult.
I have no clue if they sold a shirt with it- but I wore a regular white t-shirt from Mossimo/Target and it worked quite well.
Overall an A for the dress per se. I would give it an A+ if it would fit my measurements- but I am all grown up. I am positive that when I was 12, my figure would be closer to what the dress is.

This is one of my favorite Molly outfits, as well as one of my favorite holiday outfits. The green is a nice contrast to the red seen in so many others. It looks very cute on Molly. I wore many dresses with a similar style growing up. In fact, the dress that I would have bought for my senior prom had I attended it was also green velvet with buttons on front and puffed sleeves, although somewhat fancier and more grown-up.
I give this dress an A+

I like these Undies so much, I even bought a second pair. The slip works great under most of Nellie's dresses (except the Meet one, but the slip was not even designed for her). I have undershirts on both Molly and Emily- which worked out fantastically. One of the pairs of panties I put on a stuffed animal I have- again, fine. Overall one of the best Underwear sets.

Probably my favorite Molly outfit. The blouse is lovely and fits under the jumper well. The jumper has just the right cut and design. The plaid pattern goes well on Molly. The hair ribbons match it- although I am not sure if I would have used satin for a school uniform. A+

I really like this outfit. Both the dress and hat. The dress is very pretty and looks comfortable. I like the specific shade of blue used- it is not too light and it looks very good with Molly's coloring. The buttons are very nice- although some little girls with smaller hands may have trouble with them. The hat works well with the dress and it is not awkward. A+

I just got mine today, so mine is Mattel.
The doll surprised me with the fact that she had a soft cloth body.
The outfit is a good replica of Molly's Meet Outfit. I thought the dickey in the original was longer, but this one works well too. Bloomers are very cute. Socks are scrunched down.
Bangs are poofy- but also easy to sweep to the side, although not as easy as with Mini Samantha. Braids are very well done.
I'm happy they included the glasses. This is one of the reasons why Molly looks so much like Inga. But had you all not reminded me of them, I would have overlooked them. They do not have lenses.
Book is adorable and has the newest cover- as compared to Samantha's. I bought both Mini dolls today.
Overall an A. I bought Mini Molly as a present for Inga. In my stories, Inga received Molly as a present for being flower girl at her aunt Anjelika's wedding. That's where she and Lise met too.

Very cute and simple. Fun to wear. Some may deem it plain- but I think it works well given how simple things had to be kept during the war. Molly can have fun while wearing it. Color combo works well on her. A+

This is certainly my favorite Molly outfit. The print and design are very cute per se- not to mention they look lovely on Molly. It is not overwhelming nor too dainty. The color combination is pretty on its own and looks pretty with Molly's coloring- I even put it on Samantha once and it looks good on her as well. The dress' form and sleeves are very flattering. And it stays in place and it is easy to put on. A+

The Nellie doll per se is great. I like the fact that they used the second face mold. I like her freckles. The blue of her eyes is a different shade than that of Kirsten. And I like her hair color very much. And her bangs. A+
The Meet dress...well, the design is fine per se. The color is way too pale. Looks too washed out on Nellie. Perhaps a sky blue or periwinkle one would have worked better than the baby blue used. The bloomers and shoes are fine. B.

This is my favorite Nellie outfit. Scratch that, it is the only historical Nellie outfit that I actually like. The design and fabrics go well on it and with Nellie. I have no problem with the hairbow- it actually has worked for my Nellie so far. I like the fact that the skirt is wide enough. A+

I have one of these. I have not opened the pencil case, believe it or not. I am very satisfied with this set overall, and have spread the items on top of Samantha's desk. I did buy it with Samantha in mind, but all of my dolls have taken turns sitting on the desk. It includes a good variety of items. I like the notes and signatures in the grade book. A+ for all the details included.

I will have to disagree with you on the doll usefulness. I use the pitcher and bowl very often when cleaning my dolls or styling their hair. Plus the towel actually works for drying their faces.
My mom found the pitcher and bowl adorable. And they have come in very useful and handy as well.
The book I even used in a storytelling activity featuring "Samantha learns a lesson".
The house may have had running water, but sometimes I do keep a glass of water next to me at night just in case I get thirsty or start running a fever. So they could still be somewhat useful.
Personally, I give them an A+.

I have the Pre-Mattel ones bought in 1997. They have snaps that close. I like these shoes a lot. They go with both the Birthday Party and Tea dresses. Pretty and feminine while still comfortable and rather versatile.

I have the new one- bought in late 2006. I am very satisfied with everything in eat. The food looks delicious. The metal is good quality and has not rusted or lost its shine. A+.

The bed per se- the metal part- has lasted me 10 years with little if any corrosion. However, I noticed earlier this year that the comforter and the mattress both had rust (?) stains. And the comforter got it on the underneath side that would not touch metal. The fabric does attract dust easily. Otherwise very beautiful and historically accurate. A for the bed, B for the bedding.

I got my Mini Samantha today as a present for Elise.
I did not see it coming that the doll would have a soft cloth body like the 18 inch AG dolls. This is a very nice plus.
The hair is beautiful. Very soft and easy to style. The bangs were poofy originally- BUT they were also easier to sweep to the side than on the original Samantha doll.
The outfit has the same problems as the Meet Samantha outfit. Plus the tights are so bulky that they make Mini Samantha look like she has a thicker waist than what she does. So I just did the same thing I did with the 18 inch doll's tights- snipped them to make stockings. This makes Mini Sam's dress fit better over her bloomers and stockings.
I really like the doll's poseability.
The mini Meet Samantha book is cute and high quality. The print is very small- but I can still read it with my glasses (I'm farsighted, so this may not be an issue for you).
Overall an A. Would be an A+ if the tights were not so bulky or if she had stockings instead of tights. This is a similar issue with the 18 inch Samantha Parkington doll.
I feel as giddy as when I got Samantha 11 years ago. In my stories, Elise gets a Samantha doll as a present for being a junior bridesmaid at her friend Anjelika's wedding.

When I first bought Samantha's table and chairs, I was skeptical because I did not think the wicker would last. But surprise surprise- it has lasted over 10 years. They are in great shape. I even bought two extra ones last year when I got more dolls. The print of the cushions is absolutely beautiful. The chairs hold the dolls well. The table holds all the treats well. A+

I bought my Samantha in late 1996. She has curly hair that does get dry but that has maintained its curl in over 10 years. Her hair is easy to braid and put into a ponytail. I was able to brush her bangs in a sideswept way. I have not had problems with her eyes or body otherwise. She has stayed in great shape overall. I give her an A.

I bought the desk last year at AGPC. It is very heavy. It does offer room enough for a doll, so she won't be falling out. I like the front part of it. So far no damage. I have room on the tabletop to put all of Samantha's school accessories- but not the lunchbox as well. I will give it an A.

I bought mine in Spring of 1997. It is a very beautiful shade and fabric texture. It has lasted me this long. I do not use the tights. I remember wanting to get the "dress like your doll" version- yeppers, I can fit into the larger sizes- but never got around to doing so. A.

I absolutely love these Lacy Whites. My Samantha always wears them. The colors and details are lovely. I do not use the garters, but otherwise I am thrilled with the garments. A.

The hat is adorable. A+ for it.
Now that I got the hat done with, let me talk about the coat.
It fits on top of the Denim Jumper outfit. However, I guess it is the fur in the underneath layer, but the coat looks VERY bulky. It does not skim a doll's figure like the Sugarplum Coat does. It makes a doll look way too big, bulky, and stuffed. I may have to shear off some of the fur in order to make it look nicer.
Otherwise, the coat is beautiful.
Don't even know what grade to give- that bulkiness brings down an otherwise good coat.

I have to admit that I do not particularly care for this outfit and thus my Sam hardly wears it. The tights are awkward and I do not know if they are historically accurate or just a simplification...but the dress does not look so good with white socks or even knee-high stockings (non PC). The lacy whites fluff it out a little more, but they still fit underneath it. The front looks like it is missing something without the brooch from the accessories. The fabric is fine. The bloomers are awesome and you can adjust their length. Overall a B-.

Count me as another big fan of this dress. I especially like that the ribbon is big enough to hold all of her hair. The dress' color really flatters Sam's complexion. And it has lasted well. A+

I really like this outfit. My brother went crazy over the whistle. It has stayed in good shape. It works even with the lacy whites underneath. I have had no problems with the tam- however, I do braid Samantha's hair when she wears this outfit. I do not think it is too boyish- after all it has a skirt. I give it an A.

I like it for the most part. I am curious as to why would a spring/summer outfit have such a high neck, though. Not all of Sam's outfits do, so it's not like it was taboo to show neck (especially not for a 10 year old girl). The dress kind of resembles (in fabric and sleeves and design) my 8th grade pin dance outfit (which I wore 5 times in total)- so that is a plus point for me. I like the lace on the sleeves, and the pinafore overall. And the rosebud circlet is adorable period- I like the combinations of colors and that there is more than one rose color. A-
